Payment of your orders and payment details:
When you make a payment on our site, your payments are secure. HAPY SARL does not collect your payment data. All your bank details are collected only by our PCI-DSS certified payment service provider (Be2bill), which guarantees secure payments. When you pay for an order, the card used for the payment is kept for the time necessary for the transaction and then for a period of 13 months from the payment in order to guarantee proof of the transaction and fight against payment card fraud.

The retention period for your personal information is 10 years. However, your bank card or credit card number, stored in order to facilitate reimbursement by HAPY SARL in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be deleted within 15 days from your receipt of the ordered product.
You may also send an email at any time requesting HAPY SARL to delete the personal information concerning you once your order has been processed and delivered (see “My Account”).
